Yellow maize, cleaned and roller-milled at the Runda plant into a golden meal that cooks deeper in colour and fuller in flavour than white maize. The yellow grain carries its own carotenoids, so the pack needs no colouring. Sold in 5kg, 10kg and 25kg.
Store in a cool, dry place off the floor and away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and use within 8 weeks.
